Is a person who tweets a Nit-Twit?

I still don't freaking understand Twitter.

I'm not afraid to admit it. I did find this funny vid that actually best represents what I do think I know of Twitter, and that is that it's basically like talking out loud all the time about everything to whomever is within earshot.
